Professional Supervision
Wayne is a registered Member of the ACA College of Supervisors enabling him to provide Professional Supervision for other Counsellors (Student, Level 1, Level 2).
He has a passion for supporting student counsellors to develop and therefore provides affordable and accessible supervision.
Having served in Pastoral Ministry for 20 years, Wayne also has a special interest in supervising Christian Pastors and those in ministry leadership. He has lived experience and understanding of the unique circumstances and challenges that exist in ministry.

Pastoral Supervision
In 2018 the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse made the following recommendation: “Consistent with Child Safe Standard 5, each religious institution should ensure that all people in religious or pastoral ministry, including religious leaders, have professional supervision with a trained professional or pastoral supervisor who has a degree of independence from the institution within which the person is in ministry.” Final Report: Recommendations pg 58
